Demonstration of How to Analysis a Plastic Injection Molding Process in Autodesk Moldflow Adviser 2012

This example shows how Preactor 300 FCS is used in an injection moulding machine application where the changeover time is dependent on material colour, resin type and tool. The number of staff for changeover tasks is a constraint as well as tools. The application also uses transfer batching between moulding and packing operations. (Note: This demo was completed with a Preactor 10 configuration in Preactor 11.)
