This Video demonstrates the process of Vacuum infusion, also called resin infusion, the vacuum bag is used to compact the parts complete laminate ply of reinforcements and or core materials laid onto the mold. After compacting, the resin is allowed to be infused by the vacuum to completely wetout the reinforcements and eliminate all air voids in the laminate structure.

    Hi This is just a low tack adhesive just to hold the fabric in place, it can be used inbetween layers and does not effect the final laminate as long as it is not applied to accessive and cause obstruction to resin flow. just a quick light spray is required to hold the fabric in place.

    What type of spray adhesive are you using? How does it affect the final laminate? And can it be used between layers of reinforcements?
