Machine Vision System for Injection Moulding Inspection

Integrated machine vision system for the automated inspection of a medical device. The machine is a stand alone unit which interfaces with the output from an injection moulding machine. The parts fall from the main out-feed hopper unit into the vision system bowl feed directly, this allows the parts to be inspected immediately following manufacture for defects. Our customer is a blue chip manufacturer of syringe devices into the medical devices and pharmaceutical industry – this component is part of the internal sub-assembly which forms the guts of the main product. The vision system completes a 360 degree inspection of the surface of the product to confirm it has formed correctly in the mould. Our NeuroCheck machine vision system utilises 24bit color image processing functionality to identify if the central portion of the mould is formed correctly via color matching. The products are presented to the vision system cameras via a small dial plate with the products exiting via a small chute if they pass the inspection process. Upon a failure the products fall into a locked box for collection later in the shift. The complete quality control machine is validated to GAMP and FDA standards for medical device manufacture. Due to the confidential nature of the product the video is limited in what can be shown. Further case studies and information can be found on our website at www.industrialvision.co.uk

custom 1948 chevy fuel injection system (98 yukon drivetrain)?

Question by Carlos M: custom 1948 chevy fuel injection system (98 yukon drivetrain)?
how to make the fuel injection work?, can i just plug,or vent the egr to the throttle body.? can i use a plastic fuelcell, with an inline fuel pump,?
im preatty auto savy but i lack a little in some fields. i have the complete wiring harness, with copmuter for the trans and engine. i have it all together now in the car evrything is pluged were it needs to be pluged. minus the ignition switch i wanna wire it diffrent in the dash were it belongs i want the car to look almost original but not quiet im using my stock steering column. so all of my concerns are the fuel pump, lines, gas tank the gas tank on the yukon was garbage so i need an [in line fuel injection fuel pump] ive seen them on ebay but im unsure what pressure rating to get, and i need to know if i can use a plastic gas tank with a [vented fuelcap] to run my fuel injection. and if i can use fuel injection rubber hose and clamps at some ends to save time and bending. and this truck had the EGR hose from the manifold going to the exhaust can i just plug it or put it on my throttle body. i dont want the car to run bad any advise u have is appreciated thanx

you will need the entire wiring harness, or you can buy a harness but I’m not sure that they make one other than for a early model injected chevy…you will need the ecm,and any trans wiring and ecm’s that are drive train related…this will be a good project, check out painless wiring…if anyone has this wiring harness … they do..other than that get friendly with the guy at the salvage yard ……who can save you lots of money and time looking for ods and ends…so you have a lot of work ahead other than what u asked in your question

Is there any method or system to stop or filter static current?

Question by P.Edwin: Is there any method or system to stop or filter static current?
In our injection moulding machines, there is a static current in the product(plastic) which falls out from the mould. The operator who touch the product get full electric shock.

MOTAN Central Feed System – Journey of plastic through a factory

Watch the journey of a plastic granule from the silo, to the dryer, into a gravimetric blender, and then into the processing machine. This type of system is used to supply the raw material into injection moulding machines which make things like moblie phone or tv cases, blow moulding machines which make plastic bottles, and extruders which make things like plastic pipe.
